Tim Groody from neighboring Flatiron Kitchen and Tap Room shared his culinary expertise with us last week, making a delicious array of Fall-inspired foods.
Here's a recap:
~ Pomegranate-Molasses marinated Top Sirloin from Wild Turkey Farm
~ Stuffed Swiss Chard - steamed chard leaves filled with sauteed butternut and spaghetti squash, feta, garlic, shallots and oregano...finished with an apple-honey vinaigrette.
~ Sweet potato hash with turnips, sauteed oyster and shiitake mushrooms, garlic and shallots

Annual Pansy Sale
October 16th, 9am - 12 pm
This is a great way to support the farming future in the area! These junior farmers will be selling pansies, snapdragons, houseplants and perennials. Proceeds benefit the greenhouse program.
