We have provided links below which which you can click on to either view or download pdf catalogs for Polish pottery from Ceramika Millena.
We will soon be placing our Christmas order and you are invited to either make requests or place orders for items you would like us to include.
1) To Make a request - Simply send us an email with what you would like. (Please include the item # and pattern.) We will try to add these items to our order and when the items come in we will reply to your email that they have arrived. We will also make a reasonable effort to put these items to one side for a short period of time to allow you to pick them up. You are not obligated to purchase an item you request nor can we guarantee we will be able to order the item.
2) To Actually place an order with a 20% deposit - Come by the store and we will take your order or you can send an email listing the items you want (item # and pattern) and we can take a credit card number over the phone. We will order these items for you and these sales orders will be held for your pickup with the balance of payment. There are times when even though we order items they simply do not arrive or they may arrive damaged - in which case we can refund your deposit.
Sales orders placed with deposits will be eligible for our customer rewards program and for additional discounts as follows.
Orders over $100 will earn an additional 5%, over $200 an additional 10%, over $300 an additional 15% and orders $400 and over will earn an additional 20%.
As an example, an individual ordering a dinnerware set priced at $400 would receive a discount of $80 bringing the price to $320. The $320 sale would also count toward reaching the $400 required to earn a $50 store certificate from our rewards program!
Please note that requests and sales orders need to be in the patterns we currently have in our store. These are 01, 02, 05B, 18, B2, U6, U29, and A7Y. (We will also try to accommodate orders for some of our discontinued patterns)
