Greetings!
Mark your calendars - Mother's Day is May 13. The Polish Pottery Mart has all sorts of unique items, as well as events coming up that will surely put a smile on Mom's face.
Be sure to stop by our shops in Historic Savage Mill and Historic Ellicott City for great gift ideas. We at the Polish Pottery Mart are happy to assist you in finding that perfect gift for Mom!
In this month's newsletter, we will be:
- Sharing information on the Catonsville Flower Fest we will be attending.
- Discussing some neat events that will be happening in Ellicott City during the month of May.
- And revealing our May Polish pottery special and savings on Whitney jewelry and Potting Shed plants.
Unfortunately, we will not be having our monthly Bingo event this month due to the Memorial Day weekend and difficulty scheduling for the other Sundays in May. We will be having our next Bingo on Sunday, June 24.

Morning Mist Earrings, pictured on right, are made of brass and copper with pale blue polymer clay. They are one of the unique pieces of jewelry created by John and Linda Whitney since the early 1970's. One of the easiest to grow flowers, Zinnias bloom with button-like flowers in bold, hot palette colors and hues of almost every shade except blue, and many are multicolored. Prolific bloomers, they make an excellent container garden. Butterflies are particularly attracted to Zinnias.
Another selection is the Viola "Blooms in a Bag" for Mother's Day. Petite stems produce an abundance of delicate fragrant blooms in shades of apricot, blue, scarlet, white, yellow and violet.
