Polish American Heritage Month

Poland's FlagPolish American Heritage Month has been celebrated every year in the month of October since 1981.  This year marks the 30th anniversary of Polish American Heritage Month where individuals nationally celebrate Polish history, culture, and pride.

The celebration of Polish American Heritage Month originated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but today everyone across the United States celebrates.  This month is the perfect time to learn more about your heritage and show your pride.

The Polish American Heritage Month Committee lists various things to do during October starting with community-wide events to family-specific ideas.  Click the link below to learn more about what you can do during Polish American Heritage Month:

New Items in Our Shop

Fall Shelf Sitters

Fall Shelf Sitters
More Styles Available in Our Shop

We have gotten in a variety of fall shelf sitters just in time for fall.  Decorate for Halloween with our ghost and witch shelf sitters.  And celebrate fall with our scarecrow and acorn kid shelf sitters.  We also have turkey sitters for Thanksgiving!

We will have winter shelf sitters on display in the coming months, as well, so be sure to visit our shop again to pick up a winter shelf sitter when it is time to put away your fall sitter!

Rex's Outrageous Road Crew Crunch

While Jim and Diane were at the New York International Gift Show, they discovered a delicious line of chocolate products called Rex's Outrageous Road Crew Crunch.

The descriptions below of the items we are now carrying will surely make your mouth water.

Asphalt: Asphalt blends freshly roasted peanuts, snappy pretzels and cereal and drenches the whole mess with silky-smooth dark chocolate.

Mud: Peanuts, pretzels and cereal drenched in a creamy milk chocolate. A simple recipe that creates a complex taste and fantastic mouth feel!

Caution: Road Block Ahead: Orange-infused dark chocolate drenched over cashews, cranberries and cereal - a real treat for the senses! Your tongue gets a blast of citrus from the all-natural orange extract, then the sweet, rich flavor of velvety dark chocolate. After your teeth crunch on the meaty cashews and cereal, the tart blast from the chewy cranberries has you reaching back in the bag for another bite.

Mistle-Tow: This special holiday blend is a white chocolate, pistachio, and cranberry confectionery concotion.  Given as a gift, Mistle-Tow will surely please its recipient, if you can bear to keep your hands off this delicious treat!
