Polish Classic Recipes
By: Peter and Laura Zeranski
We are so excited to bring this brand-new item to you. Priced at just $16.95, Peter and Laura Zeranski have brought us delicious Polish recipes at a reasonable price.
Peter and Laura have been cooking and eating classic Polish food together for almost forty years now. And Peter Zeranski's mother is actually known for her cookbook, The Art of Polish Cooking published in 1989. Over the years, Peter and his wife, Laura, have added their own twist to the amazing recipes his mother has made, which has led to the creation of Polish Classic Recipes.
We are pleased to carry this cookbook filled with such appetizing recipes. And we are so honored to be a part of this cookbook with our square plate and bowl with handles in pattern U29 from Ceramika Millena featured on the front cover of their cookbook.
We thank Peter and Laura for visiting our shop and bringing this wonderful cookbook to all of us.
To pick up a copy of your own, visit our shop. And be sure to come and meet Peter and Laura on June 4, 2011 at our Grand Opening Celebration!
Introducing the Whitney Designs Collection
Whitney Designs is a new jewelry line for us that we hope you enjoy just as much as we do.
Artists, John and Linda Whitney began creating their beautiful, contemporary, mixed-metal jewelry in the early 1970s. They both use various metals, such as red brass, nickel silver, copper, bronze, and sterling silver to create their pieces. John and Linda often include polymer clay and semi-precious stones when creating their jewelry, as well.
We are expecting to receive our shipment of Whitney Designs today, and we plan to showcase the new pieces at our Grand Opening celebration on June 4th. So, be sure to stop by our Grand Opening to check out John and Linda's unique pieces that represent Whitney Designs.
Knitido Toe Socks!
| | We only have the black socks available in our shop. |
After visiting a trade show, we just fell in love with these neat toe socks. Knitido Co. manufactures these black socks with the toe portion in a variety of colors. The socks are made of 94% cotton, 5% nylon, and 1% polyurethane.
These toe socks come with a variety health benefits:
- With toe socks a better balance and the freedom of toe movement can be regained, which helps in the prevention of hallux valgus or flatfoot.
- While walking, the toes, the plantar arch, and the heel absorb the shock, which is exerted on knee or lumbar, like a cushion. By wearing toe socks the load will be distributed consistently and a good posture will be supported.
- They keep your feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer
- Prevent sprain and balance problems by allowing the toes to freely move.
- The image below reveals the balance of pressure created when wearing toe socks. The benefits are clear!
