Thank you for your recent pre-order at CutnCrop.com.  We just want to communicate the shipping status of our current pre-order items.
 
Cricut Cake -- Provo Craft told us today that they are still on schedule for a May 1st  ship date to ensure it is on our "shelves' before Mothers' Day.
 
Give a Hoot, Preserves, Just Because Cards -- are also on schedule to be shipped to us Mid March.  Once we receive them we ship them to you in under 48 hours.
 
Once Upon a Princess -- has been delayed until Mid April.  We were told there were production and shipping problems at the overseas factory.
 
ScapCessories Storage Caddy -- has been delayed three weeks to Mid March due to a problem at the factory.  Below is an excerpt of the technical answer we received about the delay:
 
"During the pre-production set up and inspection of our Caddy Case mold, a potential problem was identified that could affect the reliable operation during this next production run. It was decided that is was better to fix this problem now rather than risk a catastrophic failure during our production Our team is working all weekend to fix the problem and we expect to resume production and begin fulfilling soon. "
 

CutnCrop does everything to get your pre-order products to you as fast as possible, but there sometime are circumstances that we cannot control.  As a reminder all pre-orders can be canceled without risk within 45 days of the order and before the product ships. All cancellations after 45 days of the order date will be assessed a 2.5% fee to cover credit card costs. Once the product ships our normal return policy will be in effect.
 
We will continue to provide you with status updates on your pre-order as we get closer to the actual shipping date.
