Merchandise Hold Policy
Starting on December 1, 2010 CraftFancy will only be holding merchandise for 7 working days from the date put on hold. After the 7 days has past the merchandise will be put back onto the sales floor.
Return & Exchange Policy
CraftFancy wants you to be happy with your new purchase. Open Stock (non-packaged) merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to any product that is not in a package such as papers, pens, idea books, magazines, bulk ribbon, bulk items, etc. All sales or clearance products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Packaged merchandise that is undamaged and unused can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for store credit, provided that the original sales receipt is returned with the merchandise. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns after or exchanges after 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom and special orders and discounted items are non-refundable. Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable.
