Greetings!

Brenda Brown, Director of Advancement
BrownBrenda
Since the two years that I arrived at Prep, one of my goals has been to help Prep alums connect with each other. With over 3,000 incredibly bright, talented and caring Prep alums located throughout the world - it would be a valuable benefit to Prep alums to be able to tap into that amazing community.

I'm proud to announce that we are very close to launching that reality through PAN - the Prep Alumni Network. In the next month, our alums will receive login information to access the new Prep Alumni Online Community- PAN. This new online alumni directory will enable alums to search for other Preps via name, class year, profession and location. If you are looking for other alumni in your area or just looking for a Prep dentist in Detroit, you can now do that! Of course, you will be able to set your privacy settings- only allowing others to see what you want them to see. PAN will also connect with your Facebook account or if you do not use Facebook-- just access PAN on Prep's website, www.sjprep.net. Either way, it will be a login-protected, safe community only avaiable to other Preps.

PAN will also let you upload photos, share life updates and register for all Prep events. In addition, later thPANis summer, we will add capability for Career Resources- allowing you to post resumes, post open positions and be or find a Career Mentor. In these challenging economic times, Prep will be there for you to help you connect with each other in truly new and meaningful ways.

So be on the lookout for the mailing in June and come to Reunion Weekend (June 25-27) for a personal tour of PAN!

John Kortum '82 releases new book
Prep alum from the Class of 1982, John Kortum, recently published a new book on his Kortum Technique. The Kortum Technique is a Visual Kortum TechniqueAssessment Process that decodes the metabolic bonds that relate to biology and well-being. It translates the body's own vocabulary of health data, which appears in a visible lexicon of symbols that are known as "indicators." Read for yourself about this cutting-edge technique that allows easy access to some of the body's deepest secrets.

We need your feedback for ISACS
In October, alums, parents and students will be receiving a short e-survey to help us prepare for our 7-year accreditation process from ISACS (the Independent Schools Association of Central States). It is so important that we hear your opinions about Prep, so that we can continue to ensure that we are living our mission of academic rigor and spiritual growth. Be on the lookout for the survey in the Fall!
Prep Alums: fan us on FACEBOOK!
We are trying to reach 500 fans on our Facebook page- when we hit 500, JUST TWO FANS AWAY! we'll draw for a stylish and sustainable Prep Facebookaluminum water bottle. If you. To be included in the drawing, please click "like" on our Facebook page.

It's a great way to connect with other alums and updates will go right to our "stream" if you "like" the site.
End of the fiscal year approaching!
We are quickly reaching the end of the fiscal year on June 30 and nearly have made our Annual Fund goal! Many

thanks to everyone who has already participated in the Annual Fund and has sent their support to our students, staff and faculty. Actually, since our much-needed financial assistance budget is greater than our Annual Fund goal, every penny we raise in Advancement goes directly to a student in the halls.

To ensure that your name appears in our Honor Roll of Donors and that the Prep meets this year's Annual Fund goal of $269,900, please send your gift to PO Box 4000, Collegeville, MN 56321 or you can easily and securely go online to:  Make a Gift. You will also find information regarding gifts of stock on our Web site.

Each gift, regardless of the amount, makes a difference in our students lives and is truly an investment in our future and theirs. We were thrilled to include a story about a student who truly exemplifies what Prep is all about in our latest appeal. If you didn't receive the latest appeal, click here to read more about Erin's story (pictured above).
