More than 70 MVCA members and Chief Executives from around the state participated in an excellent leadership workshop Tuesday, December 1, 2009.  MVCA Talent Committee Chair and Board of Director,Tim Petersen , and Cendrowski Corporate Advisors and event sponsor, John Alfonsi, welcomed everyone to the event.  Roger Newton, founder of Esperion and Lipitor gave a respectfully warm introduction to keynote speaker Robert Quinn.  Participants were in for a very interactive workshop from Quinn. Quinn engaged the group right from the start wtih a "What do you Love" activity to identify the four different types of leaders and their traits.  He provided valuable information and lots of opportunities for Executives to reflect about their styles of leadership as well as how to appreciate the different leadership qualities.
