PSC's Comprehensive Athlete Training Programs are broken down by age level and ability to promote the highest quality training and results.  Here is our Summer program lineup:
 
 
Complete Middle School Conditioning (ages 11-14)
 
  
Complete High School Conditioning (ages 14-18)
 
 
Collegiate/Advanced High School (ages 17-22)

PSC Athlete's Top Ranked
Austintown Finch high jumper Jay Jakovina is ranked first in the State with a jump of 6'10.25 and Glen Oak's Codey Jones is ranked 2nd with a jump of 6'9.  Click Here for story on Jay
 
Canton Hoovers Maddie Morrow is tied for first in the State at 5'8.
 
Orange High School Soccer player Barbara Kozlov broke PSC's Overall Top Performers score on the Premier Training Index with a score of 63.60. Barbara has been training at PSC since April 2009.
