Testimonial of the Month

"Thanks for checking in. Season started last weekend for Alex. He got off to a great start taking 3rd at 160 lbs at the Solon Comet Classic, probably the toughest tournament in the state opening weekend. Pinned 4 Seniors along the way including the finals."

"He is definitely stronger through his core this year evidenced by throwing a couple kids off their feet right to their backs last weekend. His conditioning also looks to be improved as he had several very tough matches and he looked very fresh in the 3rd period. Thanks for your help getting him prepared for the season."

Food for Thought

On average, athletes between 12-15 years of age practice and play sports 5-6x week.  How many days are dedicated to proper conditioning to develop the required speed and strength to execute sport skills more effectively with reduced injury risk?

Since 2004, PSC has set the gold standard for excellence in athlete conditioning programs.  PSC's unique, innovative training methods have helped over 8000 athletes get more JV/Varsity playing time, attain college scholarships and become the best they can be in sport and everyday life.
