The Twins Are Born!
My wife gave birth to 2 beautiful babies on Monday June 14th. Madison was born at 9:33 and was 4lbs, 5 ounces and 17 inches long. Michael Joseph (MJ Jr!) was born at 9:50 and was 4lbs, 1 ounce and was 17 inches long. I have to say I thought the feeling of exhilaration from winning numerous gold medals at international competitions and standing atop the podium was the best moment of my life but experiencing the birth of our babies tops the list. It was a surreal feeling of pure joy and happiness when they were born and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the support over the last couple weeks. |
