We truly value the relationship our company has developed with you and your pets over the years, and are especially grateful for the bonds between your pets and our sitters. You will have the same sitter unless he or she has an emergency, is on vacation, or leaves the company. In these instances (and always), we have your pet's best interest in mind and will send the most suitable person to do the service for you. 

As a further reminder, we are licensed, bonded, and insured with pet sitters capable of handling almost any emergency. All employees are dedicated pet lovers who have completed a thorough background check and are fully trained by our company. We are happy to have your sitter or substitute speak with or meet you prior to the onset of service. Your substitute will have access to your online profile with us, which lists detailed information to perform the service (just like your primary sitter) to your liking. Our Pet Care Manager at our main office can answer any questions or concerns about us sending a substitute. BPC will be here for you and your beloved pets, so let us know what works for you!

Please remember to provide essential supplies, including enough food for your sitter to do service for you! If you have a litter box, make sure you have a proper litter scoop and extra litter. If you're running low, your sitter may purchase extra supplies for you at the cost of a Shopping Trip for $25. Please have paper towels and soap (and/or pet stain remover) for accidents and hand washing. We want to provide the best service possible for you, please keep the necessary items.
