  New way to earn money adds up fast!

At the Company Annual Meeting - a new program to help all Becky's employees earn bonuses was unveiled.  With each referral each employee sends to Becky's Pet Care that signs up for service - You receive $20 in your next paycheck.  It's that easy - and to sweeten the deal - your referral receives $20 off their first service - so it's a win-win for all involves.  Specific benefits of the program include:
-Hands-on way for you to build a client base in your area
-Tools to help you promote the discount and your referral - to make your marketing job easy and your paycheck bigger!
-Specific code to track your referrals - EMP followed by your employee number

Google and Yahoo and Bing - Oh My!  Search Engines are one key to our online success.  We recently completed Phase 1 of our SEO Implementation and are pleased to share that we moved 14 of our 18 chosen keywords to the first page of Google Search Results.  That increase has resulted in more new phone calls and more new clients.  Yahoo and Bing results are also improving steadily. We are excited and encouraged by our first phase of implementation. - As well we are busy preparing for 2011 to ensure our improvement continues.

The fun holidays are almost here!  This is definitely one of the busiest times of the year for us.  With new clients coming aboard and our long time friends waiting for their favorite pet sitter, this is a perfect time to make some extra money! But please remember to be safe during this busy time of the year.

Human Resources Updates

Congratulations Kay Beim!!!  Kay received a $25 gas card for her favorite gas station for being the first PCP to submit the correct answers to last month's 10 questions from the manuals.

She emailed her answer 35 minutes after receiving the November 8th Employee Newsletter.  "Every day around 9 am, I check my emails and my daily schedule to prepare for my day.  And of course I check off my visits on Bluewave. I saw the Employee Newsletter & thought this will be easy.  I opened my electronic copies of the Pet Care Procedures and the Employee Handbook and looked up the answers and copied/pasted the answers." Keep your eyes open for future opportunities to earn a $25 gas card to your favorite gas station.

 

W-2  STATEMENTS FOR YOUR INCOME TAX: 

It's hard to believe that next month is 2011 and we will begin preparing to do our incomes taxes.  Please make sure the office has your correct mailing address so we can send you your W-2 statement next month.  Your payroll checks and W-2 forms do not come from your address entered in Bluewave.  If you're not sure, call or email Johna to check the address we have on file for you.  If we don't have your current address, we'll have you sign a new payroll form with your updated information.

 

PAY CHECK STUBS:Please keep your pay check stubs in a safe location to have when you need them for loan applications, etc.  We cannot replace your paystubs.

 PET CARE NEWS YOU CAN USE!


I want to bring to your attention the fact that we are receiving an unusual amount of complaints from clients who are returning to unsecured homes. Please make sure you are securing all of our clients' homes before you leave. I know we are at our busiest time of the year and everyone is in overdrive, but please take the time to double check to make sure the doors are locked before you leave. Other than that, you guys are totally awesome and keep up the great work.

Rose Kobylinski 

Rose has been a member of  the BPC Team for almost four years.  She has always been a great employee which is why  her clients and their pets love her.  During the Annual Reviews this past October, Rose stood above all other employees as the only one with all her keys accounted for and marked correctly (really made Emily happy). Rose came for her review during a bad thunderstorm with heavy rain. She had all her BPC supplies including client profiles, keys, etc very neat, dry and organized in a handy plastic file box. The office staff was very impressed. Way to go Rose!
