You all have provided excellent care and we continue to receive many compliments! I know with the summer temperatures the heat and humidity can sometimes be tough. But let's think "cool" thoughts!
I would also like to thank you all for coming to the Company Picnic. I hope you all had fun and got your tummies full!
Happy Summer!

Pet Care News You Can Use
If you have an emergency and it is after office hours please call someone from the office on their home or cell phone numbers. Do not assume that you can miss the visit because you can't get a hold of someone in the office. Leaving a voice message at the office or on a manager's cell or house phone does not mean that the problem is solved and you do not have to worry about it anymore. It is your responsibility to actually speak with someone from management before you can consider the problem solved. You can reference the safety and emergency section under Pet Care Procedures in your employee handbook for more details. We are still getting complaints about sitters not making their confirmation calls. Since this was already address last month anymore reported incidents will be writing up and proper disciplinary actions with be taken against those involved. |
