This month we're sharing

online. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a process where we change
the coding and text on our website to ensure BeckysPetCare.com comes up
highest on the list when people search the web for us. We are already
starting to see some great results, here are a few key insights:
In April 1,456 Unique Visitors came to BeckysPetCare.com
Here are the phrases that, when searched, Becky's shows up on page 1 of the internet search results:

Thanks to everyone who participated in the poll last month. We
calculated all the responses and have decided on our annual company summer

Becky and Kate | Our company continues to grow and thrive thanks to the
excellent care provided to our clients by our wonderful Pet Care Professionals.
The glowing comments that we receive in emails, cards, letters, and phone
messages are overwhelming. I am so grateful to everyone for being the best pet
care providers out there.
I want to share with everyone some changes that are happening
in the office. Connie Roberts has stepped down from her position as Director of
Operations. She has decided to spend more time at home with Jackson, age 3, and
Oliver, age 2. I thank her for all that she has done for the company over the
past two years and wish her the best in her new adventures at Becky's. She
will be working with us in several different roles in a more flexible schedule.
She is going to be working in the office some as weekend manager, taking a
position as Senior Pet Care Professional, and representing Becky's at a
variety of marketing events. Good luck, Connie! We will miss your daily
presence, but we know that we will still be seeing you on a regular basis, so
we won't say goodbye!

News You Can Use from Human Resources
 Congratulations to Theresa Wolf. Theresa has accepted a
position as Pet Care Manager and will be managing the hiring, training, and
scheduling of our Pet Care Professionals. Additionally, Theresa will be assisting
clients with their needs and concerns. Please let Theresa know if you need anything.
She is there to help!
Congratulations to Johna Gagnon. Johna has accepted a
position as Office Manager and will be managing much of the company
administration. She has roles in Purchasing, Facility Management, HR,
Marketing, as well as many other hats. You can contact Johna if you have any
administrative concerns.
Congratulations to Barton Gates. Barton has been promoted to
Lead Customer Service Representative and Technology Manager. Barton will be
providing the caring customer support that Becky's is known for.
Additionally, Barton will be helping us find ways to use technology to help
Becky's provide better service to our employees and our clients.
Congratulations to Don Chinn, Patricia Hesse, and Carolyn
Kelley. They have all accepted positions as Senior Pet Care Professionals. Senior
Pet Care Professional is a new position at Becky's. They will be helping
us with hiring by doing field interviews, with staff support, and with other
things as they come up.
We hope that these new positions will help all of our
employees find Becky's Pet Care a great place to work. Please let us know
if there is anything we can do to make your employment here better. We would also like to welcome the following employees who came to work for Becky's Pet Care in
April: Linda Blundell, Nick Gaetjen, Shaun Hall, Paul Mancini, Barbara Sulitz, LuLu Wang.

Pet Tips Dog allergies?? | - April showers can bring May allergies. Depending on the type of allergy, a pet
may exhibit different symptoms. Although pets occasionally exhibit
watery eyes and some sneezing, the most common reaction is scratching.
Constant scratching may lead to raised infected welts, open sores, and
loss of hair. Ear infections are also common in dogs with allergies.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Rebecka Shaykholeslami!
Becky is one of our busiest dog walkers with one of the largest dog walking
routes in the company. She is always available to help out in an emergency or
to accept new clients. She is a real team player. She
exemplifies the 7 promises in the President's Letter at the beginning of
the Employee Handbook including: "Go the extra mile" and "Communicate
effectively with each other and our clients". Many thanks to Becky
