Becky's is sponsoring a team to walk in this annual event to raise money for homeless animals. Sign up to lead or walk on our team. Dogs are welcome and encouraged to walk with you. The "Scoop" from Becky

We survived the blizzard of 2010. What a welcome change March brings! Many, many thanks to all the Pet Care Professionals who went over and above to make sure that the pets in their care got the care that they deserve. Everyone did an awesome job. Once again, you all are the BEST!

Please join me in saying (kind of) farewell to Katie Bowling. Katie has received an excellent opportunity to advance her career and will no longer be full time in the office. She will still be working for Becky's as a Pet Care Professional and as a weekend supervisor. We will miss seeing her every day, but are so glad that she still has time for us. We wish her all the best in her new position.

A big welcome to Christina McGrath. Christina will be our full time Business Manager effective March 16. Her responsibilities will include all company accounting functions, payroll, and HR administration. Please stop by and say hello the next time you are in the office. Feel free to call or email her if you have any questions that she can help you with.

VACATION REQUESTS!
On the thoughts of taking a few days to go somewhere warm& sunny...sound good? Well, HR can't help with the warm & sunny part, but we can help get you those days off you deserve.
FIRST, you need to log into Bluewave & put in your request for your manager to see. (You can do this by clicking on the staff button from the Bluewave home page, then clicking on the VAC button on the right) You can check back to see if it was approved by your manager by checking back at the VAC page.
Vacations are approved on a first come first to be approved basis.

QUESTIONS???
Do you remember the saying "The only stupid question is the one that goes unasked?" Well it's true! In the case of pets, it's not just that simple. Pets can be neglected if we are unsure about something on our schedule & we don't ask. So, no matter what, if there is ever something you are unsure about that involves anything about this job, please, please, please call management!
