WagnerDeacon Rick's Letter
There has been a tremendous outpouring of support regarding my recent ordination as a permanent deacon for the Catholic Church. Along with the congratulatory comments, there have been numerous questions about how I felt at ordination, how it has impacted my life, and where this new vocation will lead me. I will share some of my thoughts on those questions, knowing full well that the I am still very much in formation --- ordination was as much a beginning as it was an end.

pgParent Guild
Meeting

Join the Parent Guild in the media center on Tuesday, September 5, at
9 am
for the monthly meeting.

Volunteer Form

Guerin Catholic needs you!  The Parent Guild is an organization that supports the school, students, staff, and the community.  We have many exciting opportunities for which parents can volunteer.  There is still time to turn in your purple "Volunteer Opportunities" form.  If you have misplaced your form, simply click here to print a new one.  We look forward to working with you!

Dues Form

Also, don't forget to turn in your Parent Guild dues along with your volunteer form.  This is a suggested donation of $20.00 (which would be tax deductible) and these dues greatly help Parent Guild get started on the year with all of the activites, such as homecoming, Grandparent's Breakfast, Winter formal, etc..  We also are able to fulfill many teacher "wish lists" because of your dues donations.  For the Parent Guild dues form, please click here.  Thank you so much for helping the Parent Guild!

Fundraising

Parents who work for a business that uses inkjet and/or laser cartridges can help support Guerin Catholic by having the used cartridges shipped to the Funding Factory for recycling.
