 Mr. Wagner's Letter
Greetings!
We can all feel a little overwhelmed at times - overworked and underappreciated. We give everything we have, but people expect more. And no matter what our past level of success, we find ourselves in a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately world. (more...)
Friday Football Frenzy
We can be very proud of our Football Frenzy showing this morning! Channel 6 was here at 5:00 this morning to feature Guerin Catholic as the host of this week's game of the week. Between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m., the Channel 6 crew had a number of live remote feeds from the school. Over 200 students showed up - including not only fans, but our cheerleaders, band, and Golden Eagle mascot, Gizmo! We were proud of all of the family members who showed up and represented our school so well. The folks from WRTV-Channel 6 were very impressed with the student turnout and the school spirit they displayed. They even suggested that our students were "abnormally" well-behaved for teenagers!! That's truly the Guerin Catholic way to "Lead with Humility, Serve with Love, and Trust in Providence." Thank you and congratulations to our awesome students--we are all so proud of you!!
