principalRick Wagner - Principal, Guerin CatholicMr. Wagner's Letter

Greetings!

Contemplating writing about the importance of working together to educate our children brought to mind some marriage advice I once heard: The notion of a marriage being a '50-50' partnership is a misnomer. It must be '100-100' - both parties must be 'all in' or the relationship is doomed to fail. (more...)

BNBack to School Night

Back-to-School Night will be held on August 31, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The evening will include a brief program in the gymnasium, followed by a mini-schedule. The mini-schedule allows the parents to follow their student's schedule, attending five 10-minute classes - going to each of the classrooms, meeting the teacher, getting a copy of the course syllabus, etc. We hope all parents can join us! (Note: program is for the parents - students need not attend)

angelANGEL Parent Accounts

An ANGEL parent account (aka Mentor Insight Window) allows parents access to their child's online ANGEL classes, assignments and grades at any time from any computer. It is an excellent way to keep up with your child's progress throughout the year.  For instructions on how to set up your first ANGEL Insight Window or to add children to a current account,  please click HERE.  The IT Department will also be available during Back-to-School night on Wednesday to help set up parent accounts or you can contact Peg Dispenzieri, Asst. Principal @ pdispenzieri@guerincatholic.org

IBIB Certificates

Congratulations to our 13 IB diploma and 67 IB certificate recipients from the class of 2011! Official IB diplomas and certificates for the class of 2011 have arrived at Guerin. These are for any graduated senior who completed any kind of IB class(es) during their junior or senior year. Please let us know if you can stop by to pick up the certificate, if a younger sibling can bring it home or if you would like it mailed.
