Join us October 17 at 7 pm for an overview of Naturopathy and the benefits of a natural approach to obtaining optimal health with Sal DiLiello, Naturopathic Doctor.
Find out how naturopathy can build & strengthen your immune system and treat chronic pain.
Unlike conventional, allopathic medicine, naturopathy looks not at the disease but at the whole individual. It is a holistic practice where the individual's body, mind, emotions and spirit are taken into consideration.
An individualized naturopathic program will look at the diet, exercise and sleep patterns in order to assist the body to heal itself or to prevent illness. Natural nutritional supplements, herbal and/or homeopathic remedies sometimes are needed to reach homeostasis. This approach can be particularly effective for acute as well as chronic illness or conditions such as ADHD or Autism.
With the upcoming flu and holiday season we will focus on some natural remedies to help you strengthen your immune system.
