Todd Corbin Todd Corbin is an author, parent, community college instructor, and educational consultant, who speaks to and coaches teachers, students, and parents on living in the moment.  He has learned powerful mindfulness/ meditation techniques directly from self help leaders Deepak Chopra and Neale Donald Walsch.            

Marilyn Wise

 
Marilyn Wise Marilyn has more than two decades of experience in holistic practices and has completed an extensive series of professional trainings for mindfulness through the Harvard Medical School Mind-Body Institute. She is a workshop facilitator, speaker, licensed counselor and founder/ director of the ASTARA Holistic Recovery Program. She created and facilitates the highly effective "Living the Light" group for the past 5 years, which teaches the power of mindfulness combined with working the laws of attraction in a group setting.

Mindfulness means giving full attention to the present moment without judgment. It is both a practice and a way of life. Mindfulness meditation trains the brain to stay in the present regardless of what is happening externally.  

 

The group is facilitated by Todd Corbin and Marilyn Wise, both Insight Wellness associates with a combined 55 years of mindfulness and meditation practice and training.
