Insight now offers yoga classes for individuals with high functioning Autism or Kids_YogaAsperger's. This 4-week series starts Saturday, May 5th from 1:45-2:45pm.   
 
This class is intended for high functioning individuals to promote balance, flexibility, strength. We will work on techniques to stabilize moods and promote an inner calm with emphasis on the breath/mindfulness. Class will help children develop self-regulation and focus in an atmosphere of encouragement and social skill development.

Classes include specialized instruction by YEAS (Yoga Education for Autistic Spectrum) certified instructors.
