a special presentation by Todd Pesek, MD
Learn how you could extend your years through this lecture featuring research on efforts to thwart the aging process. Dr. Pesek will present unifying themes he has found across various cultures through a study of those who have lived to be 100 or older.

ABOUT DR. PESEK
He is co-founder of private group medical practice, Great Lakes Health Institute of Lyndhurst, OH, which focuses on preventive, integrative, holistic healthcare. Dr. Pesek is also a Health Sciences Professor at Cleveland State University. Todd J. Pesek, M.D. is a holistic physician and published scholar who specializes in disease reversal, longevity and vital living.

This group is for those who have experienced bullying tactics and seek support, advice and information regarding pending legislation.
This group meets regularly on the first Saturday of each month at Insight Learning & Wellness Center from 10-11:30am.

What is Camp Insight?
 While immersed in fun activities, Camp Insight works with kids to develop important life skills such as confidence, patience, respect, friendship skills and how to make healthy choices.
Led by professional health practitioners, campers engage in a variety of activities around a central, daily theme such as friendship, leadership, courage or honesty. Campers ages six to 12 create their own art studio, enjoy music, learn yoga and Tae Kwon Do, take nature hikes and play challenge games.
