90 Days to a New Life Direction
Why struggle on your own to figure out what you should be doing with your life? In a very concrete, practical program, you will be led out of any confusion or indecision and find a clear direction with your future.
Armed with the Now What? program and workbook, Life Coach Andria Young will lead you to decide what is next for you and determine a plan to get there. Andria asks the right questions to uncover areas of hidden talent to help you find purpose and direction. She will assist you in facing challenges, discovering your goals and organizing your life.
The Now What? program has been particularly successful for women going back to work, individuals who have lost their jobs, college graduates seeking work, divorcees and others facing life transitions. The full program consists of 8 90-minute group sessions held over the course of 90 days.

 Life Coach Andria Young specializes in helping clients uncover the obstacles preventing them from fulfilling their true potential. She offers the revolutionary Now What? program and is available for one on one, expert Life Coaching.
Andria is a graduate of "Coach U," the leading global provider of coach training programs. Additionally, she is a trained facilitator of the "Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction" program developed by nationally acclaimed Life Coach, Laura Berman Fortgang.
Andria has facilitated diversity and life skills programs with hundreds of individuals and served on the staff of Camp Insight, a unique and groundbreaking holistic wellness program for children held at Insight Wellness Center each summer. Andria is currently working on Certification in Advanced Studies in energy healing and training at the Gestalt Institute. In addition to being a Life Coach, Andria is a corporate event producer, certified teacher, Usui and Kundalini Reiki practitioner.
Andria is convinced that we all have the answers within ourselves. We just need help discovering and trusting those instincts. Her own dedication to the never ending process of personal and professional growth has brought her a unique, effective and diverse skill set that allows her to provide results-oriented coaching.
