On May 17th, NTD and Ebony Marketing Systems will jointly present a half-day conference entitled "Unlocking the Secrets to Marketing to the Chinese Market."
As the second largest economy in the world, China is one of the most attractive markets for marketers. The Chinese culture is over 5,000 years old and has specific etiquette and behavior norms that most American marketers do not know about, and making a marketing or advertising mistake can have a devastating effect on any product or service.
This conference is about connecting with this hard-to-reach segment, both here in the United States and in China, through traditional and non-traditional broadcasting platforms, social media and the web. The seminar will outline the full demographics and buying power of this highly influential population segment and will also detail proper etiquette and protocol issues that can be the source of a major marketing success or an embarrassing failure.
