With recent events in China portending a major upheaval inside the Chinese regime, NTD has increased its web reporting presence to ensure timely coverage of news regarding the crisis. These changes reflect an increased emphasis on the Internet for both NTD's Chinese language and English language news teams.
On March 26th, NTD's English news will be published on the web first. This digital-first news model takes advantage of the on-demand nature and unlimited capacity of the Internet to provide NTD's audience with all the news unique to NTD's news gathering team. This initiative will continue to roll out throughout April. As the situation in China rapidly evolves, audiences will be able to stay up-to-date with the latest breaking NTD news. |
