Get ready, we're "Flipping" the Barn again -- AND what does that have to do with Madonna?
 One of the many reasons people love coming to our Hammertown stores is that they don't stay exactly the same for long. It's also why Joan is so successful at what she does.
I often jokingly call Joan "the Madonna of Home Furnishing Retail" because she is constantly re-inventing Hammertown. She's always thinking about how she can do it better...how to keep it fresh...how to keep it current and up to date. She encourages all of us to do that as well. (Thank God it doesn't involve costumes!)

I fondly remember my days at camp in the Adirondacks, so when I first learned about Great Camp Sagamore's "Grands Camp" program I had to find out more. Sagamore's nationally famous Grandparents' and Grandchildren's Camp has been featured on the Today Show, CBS Evening News, and in countless publications. This Week's Recipe: Kale Salad with Pine Nuts, Currants & Parmesan
