This is one of the new products I found in Atlanta and I'm so excited to tell you about it. These are the last non-stick pans you'll ever have to buy.
The outside of the pans are made of pressure-cast aluminum. The non-stick surface is made out of ceramic and titanium and is indestructable. You can even use metal utensils on these and they won't scratch or chip. Read more about them here...

 SIMON PEARCE...OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU & YOUR FAMILY Hammertown has been carrying Simon Pearce glassware for over 17 years. For all the years I have done business with Simon Pearce, I have dealt
with the same people in their office...Sandy and Cora. Always a friendly
voice, always helpful and giving the best customer service a client
could ask for. Simon's son, Kevin Pearce, a wonderful young man and a world class
snowboarder in the half-pipe, was training for the Olympics when he was
critically injured on New Year's Eve...just weeks before the Olympics
were to start. His family and his doctors are optimistic for a full
recovery but it will take time. With Hammertown's long time relationship with the family business,
we feel a connection to Kevin and his family. We're sending our
prayers and thoughts to the entire family during this difficult time. More.... |

 THIS WEEK'S RECIPE: CILANTRO LEMON CHICKEN
It seems people either love or hate cilantro. If you happen to be the
former, this is a delicious and healthy recipe. It's been adapted from a Splendid Table (Dhania Chicken) recipe. This dish has a wonderful Indian flavor...provided by fresh cilantro, fresh ginger and yogurt. For vegetarians, it can also be made with firm tofu!
