And you thought cashmere was soft? These capes are made from local Hudson Valley Baby Suri Alpaca fleece. Suri alpacas are one of the
world's rarest breeds and supplier of the finest and softest, most
luxurious natural fibers available. My entire Hammertown staff (especially Michele) loves this cape!
Oh..and don't worry..."baby" alpaca doesn't mean that the fleece is actually being sheared off baby
alpacas. "Baby Alpaca" is the classification for the finest category
