 TWO SOUP RECIPES FOR THIS WEEK: SOMETHING OLD AND SOMETHING NEW
With Thanksgiving fast approaching I thought I'd feature 2 of my favorite soup recipes. Acorn Squash Bisque was
posted in January, but it is my traditional recipe for Thanksgiving so I thought
it would be good to bring it back for customers who missed it the first
time.
The "new recipe" is another favorite from my files: Dan Barber's Organic Cauliflower Soup. Dan owns Blue Hill Restaurant in New York City and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY.
