Seems like just yesterday we started making our "Baby Step into Ecommerce" with a blog about melamine plates and cups for kids and adults alike. Well, we've since sold out of them, but we've followed with a pick of the week just about ever since. We've compiled a browseable archive in preparation for next week...our next big step into Ecommerce. Stay tuned! In the meantime, browse my picks and order something special the old fashioned way, call, email or drop in.
*As far as making your dreams come true, read on below about what Daryl Hall is up to...

We Love Our Locals: "One of those lightbulb moments"
That's how Daryl Hall describes conceiving of "Live From Daryl's House", a monthly webcast produced at his home in the Hudson Valley. In addition to being an amazing musician, Daryl has been a long time
Hammertown customer and has a passion for antiques and design. I might
add, he's a real sweetheart.
I just discovered his webcast and its fantastic. His last show was with one of my favorites, Smokey Robinson and also features the chef from
Seravan making a Middle Eastern meal with falafel. And be sure to check the archives for his jam session with the some other locals...the Bacon Brothers.
Check out his monthly webcast site, shot right from his home in the Hudson Valley.

(A great local magazine), I am going to try it for our Thanksgiving
table. NOTE: If you have favorite family recipes for Thanksgiving, please email them to us.
If we use your recipes, you will win a $25.00 Hammertown Gift
Certificate. There have been several lucky winners already, so please share your
favorites. Remember, we like to use fresh, local and seasonal
ingredients....no more String Bean Casserole with Cream of Mushroom
Soup and canned onion rings for me or our readers!
