Hammertown is delighted to highlight this event. Although in New York
City, it is honoring our local farmers and chefs and helping support
the James Beard House.
And there's a personal connection for me:
It is being organized by Brian J. Alberg ( my niece's husband), who is
the Executive Chef at The Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge. And, chef Adam Zieminski of Cafe Adam (next door to our Hammertown Gt. Barrington store) will be one of the 6 participating chefs in this event. Read more... |
