Francesco shares this fantastic recipe for Faro Pizzichi Mare e Monti (Pasta with Scallops, Ramps, Shitaki Mushrooms & Cherry Tomatoes) Pizzichi means pinched and describes the pasta shape.
Together these ingredients create a hearty but light dish that can be
