This week's recipe is particularly easy (and delicious).  Roasted pears are a nice alternative to heavier desserts.  There are lots of varieties of pears in the grocery store right now so why not use them?  And don't forget to let us know when you try our recipes and please tell us about some of your own winter favorites.
