Give yourself permission to redefine who you perceive yourself to be, and discover new ways to help you no longer hold back. All of these concepts will be practiced individually and with a partner. We will use focus mitts, kicking shields, and each other to apply what is learned. The repetition of these skills will eventually become instinct and an effective response to a real self-defense situation.
