Success Steps Luncheon: Seminar Explains Effective Collection Practices
In a challenging economy, maintaining adequate cash flow requires prompt payment from our customers. In our community, how to we initiate collections in a professional manner that is effective and legal? A systematic process for following up on past due accounts will be presented as well as strategies for serious collection problems. Randy Rudasics, Manager of the CMC Small Business Resource Center will lead this presentation. Randy has significant credit/collection experience.
