Chairlift Auction!
Here is your chance to own your very own Chair from the Steamboat Christie II lift. This lift and chairs went into service in 1972 and operated until 2007 when the new Christie III Six Pack chair was installed. These nine chairs are part of the orginal 152 chairs that were installed. We also have the "Certificates of Authenticity" to go with the chairs.
To place a bid email rcriders@routtcountyriders.org and include your name, phone number, maximum amount that you wish to bid and the chair # that you are bidding on. We will only increase your bid by $10 over the next lowest bid. Bids may take 24 hours to update on this page (sorry this is not ebay!) At the close of th e auction you will be contacted if you are the winning bidder. You will have 48 hours to pay for your chair or it will be sold to the next highest bidder.

The City of Steamboat Springs Sales and Use Tax Department offers free sales tax and construction use tax seminars. The sales tax and construction use tax seminars provide tax information for all types of businesses or people, including retailers, contractors, rental businesses, accommodations providers, home-based businesses, and their accountants and bookkeepers. The sales tax seminar is designed to address sales tax processes, and City staff
will be available to answer questions specific to your business or industry.
The construction use tax seminar addresses the construction use tax requirements and the use tax reconciliation process.
