Sales Tax and Construction Use Tax Seminars
The City of Steamboat Springs Sales and Use Tax Department offers free sales tax and construction use tax seminars. The sales tax and construction use tax seminars provide tax information for all types of businesses or people, including retailers, contractors, rental businesses, accommodations providers, home-based businesses, and their accountants and bookkeepers. The sales tax seminar is designed to address sales tax processes, and City staff will be available to answer questions specific to your business or industry.

The construction use tax seminar addresses the construction use tax requirements and the use tax reconciliation process.

Construction Use Tax Seminar: Monday, March 8, 2010 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM

Sales Tax Seminar: Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM

Both seminars will be held at Citizens' Hall Located at 124 10th Street. If you are interested in attending either or both of these free seminars, please call the Sales and Use Tax Department at 970-871-8251 to register.
