New CDA Class is All A Twitter
On October 26, a new CDA credential class opened in Southwest Fort Worth. In addition to the new location, a newTwitter logo button technology was introduced - Twitter. After a brief presentation on the tool, support was available to get all class members set up with a free Twitter account. Every attendee chose to participate or was already on Twitter.

Twit what?
Considered a micro-blogging tool, Camp Fire CDA  classes(@CampFireCDA) will use Twitter to provide CDA students, at any location, an additional tool to network with one another, offer support, seek advice and access additional class resources. It will also be beneficial as a one-stop resource for class closings due to inclement weather or re-scheduled class times or locations.

Twitter does not require phone applications. Information can delivered via text messages or by going to the internet. Check out the Camp Fire CDA Twitter page by going to www.Twitter.com/CampFireCDA.
If you have any interest in CDA, are currently enrolled in CDA classes or renewal class, we would love to have you take the next step to join Twitter and begin following us to receive updates and information.

The Southwest Fort Worth location was the first location to get signed up. In coming months, a Camp Fire representative will be coming to all class locations to introduce this tool and assist CDA students in signing up.
