April 19th 2010, I ran my first marathon in Boston.

 

In the fall of 2006, I joined the Beantown Bootcamp fitness program and began to train with John Wayman. I was over - weight and I struggled with running back to home- base.  I wasn't thinking of running a marathon. John Wayman transformed me into an athlete. John assists me in setting new fitness goals every year and obtaining the biggest goal of all, running the Boston Marathon. His style of mentoring, coaching and close monitoring will get you to your personal fitness goals. If you want to be a part of the Beantown Bootcamp family and obtain results this program is a good place to start. You don't have to set a goal of running a marathon but if you can't make the commitment to reach your goals don't waste your time or Johns.
