I started BTBC in August 2008, the combination of strength training and cardio has helped improve my knee injuries and become a much stronger runner overall. I ran the Boston Marathon last year with the BTBC team and finished with my a personal best marathon time of 3:34:47.
This year the BTBC team has motivated me and pushed me to train harder, so am hoping to add another personal best to the list. I am looking forwardto a great race with the BTBC team!!
