The Indiana State Department of Health administers the Personal Service Agency Licensing program. ISDH PSA Program Director Darlene Earls provides valuable information to the home care community. Hypothetical situation: You just received a letter from Darlene Earls, PSA Program Director at ISDH. The letter states that she has received a complaint from a client. She asks for the following information: The client record for "Myrtle McGee", the agency complaint log, any documentation regarding a client complaint, documentation of an attendant's competency, and other records that ISDH may request.
