Two weeks ago, as we wrapped up our Sunday series on A Day With God, many of you filled out a little one word survey. I asked you to tell me which part of the day you felt like you needed God to be a part of more; morning, daytime, or evening. We had about 70 people participate and the results were almost even across the board.
I've been praying over the cards from the survey and asking God to help us start our days off with Him, carry our faith with us when we leave the house, and let our evenings be times when we allow God to relieve us of some of our stress. I wanted to take the time to encourage you to allow God to be a part of your day, every day, all day.
On another note, in two weeks we will be starting something new on Sunday afternoons. We're calling it Fusion. Our goal is to give families the tools to grow together spiritually. Fusion will start on Sunday, April 11 from 4-6pm. There is something for the entire family. Our children, youth and adult leaders have been developing Fusion for several months now.
One of our goals as a church is to strengthen families. I'm excited about the possibilities of Fusion and it's potential for bringing families closer together as we grow spiritually. I hope all of you will check it out. This Sunday, in worship, Elise will be talking more about Fusion and how you can participate.
