WOW! Women On Writing Newsletter "Walking in an Agent's Shoes"
November 2006

Greetings!

Are you searching for a literary agent?

Most aspiring authors know that landing a literary agent is almost as tough as securing a publisher. It's also widely known that to get into the big N.Y. publishing houses these days, you won't get your foot in the door unless you have an agent. In this issue, WOW! explores the myth of the big bad literary agent and blows that myth out of the water!

This issue provides you with an in-depth look at agents that you won't want to miss.

We've had a lot of fun getting to know some of the top agents in this country. Their advice is priceless and brought to you courtesy of WOW!

Issue Three, “Walking in an Agent's Shoes,” explains what agents are looking for, how to approach an agent, what happens after an agent takes you on, and what you should expect from your agent.

To our surprise, we discovered that these agents were willing to open up to us, tell us their stories, share their hobbies and personalities, and make us laugh. We hope you enjoy reading this issue as much as we enjoyed writing it. :-)
