Member Company Profile

Gleason Wells, PC is a commercial, corporate, and employment law firm based in Denver. The firm handles a wide variety of commercial transactions and disputes with a niche practice in international trade. Gleason Wells is primarily a Colorado-focused firm and serves a number of software development, consulting, and many other small and medium sized businesses in the state. The firm's international legal work includes dispute resolution, import/export regulations, international distribution, and other international services transactions.

The firm consists of three attorneys, Ted Gleason, Coren Hinkle and Todd Wells. Todd Wells serves as adjunct professor of law of international commercial arbitration at the University of Denver, is Co-Vice Chair of the Colorado Bar Association International Law Section, and teaches an international dispute resolution class at the World Trade Center Denver.  While Gleason Wells is a Colorado-based firm, the firm is also uniquely connected to France as Ted Gleason operates principally from Grenoble, France.  Ted spends part of his time teaching university level international law courses at the Grenoble School of Management.  The firm recently welcomed its newest attorney, Coren Hinkle, who joined the firm in June of this year.  In addition to strengthening the firm's dispute resolution and transactional practices, Coren also focuses on import/export regulations.

The firm has a strong commitment to legal education and all of its attorneys spend significant time and energy working with law students in Colorado, France, Japan and China principally as coaches for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong, as well as through other activities.

Gleason Wells, PC's goal is to provide its business clients with long-term strategic solutions to safely grow their operations and resolve disputes, and the firm works to discover creative and effective solutions for their clients' legal and business needs.
