Message from our President

Bob SnyderDear Members,

I am pleased to report that our program to develop an economic partnership with the Rhone-Alpes Region is progressing well. In collaboration with the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance, we were instrumental in attracting Jean-Pierre Joly, President of the French National Institute for Solar Energy Research, to speak at the inaugural Nano-Renewable Energy Conference held on July 21st and 22nd. Accompanying Jean-Pierre was Veronique Pequignat, Manager of International Business Investment for AEPI, the Grenoble-Isere Economic Development Agency. Veronique stayed on to meet with executives and members from the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance, CORE, the association dedicated to sustainable development, and CSIA, the Colorado Software and IT Association. As a result of these meetings, a number of joint business development and program actions were agreed. More news to come as these programs develop.

Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.

Sincerely,

Bob Snyder
