Greetings!
This spring marks our 13th year in business and we thank all of our great customers for making this possible! It continues to be quite an adventure and it's still fun to open and unpack every shipment that comes in, as well as make lots of samples and show customers how to do various techniques.
Come in and see us soon! Ask for a demo of something that you would like to learn, such as embossing with powder, paste, a stylus, or the wonderful Spellbinder Wizard (our favorite way).
We are a small, friendly store and we have to be very selective in which products we carry, so we focus on only the cream of the crop of rubber stamps and accessories. We always make room for the latest and the greatest! Our customers are always surprised how we make use of every inch of space.
Bring in some examples of what you've been up to-we love to see them. Our customers do all kinds of stamping. It keeps us on our toes and helps us to know the styles of stamps and accessories you are interested in! We really want to get a feel for what people here in the Boise/Meridian and surrounding areas are looking for. That's why we put out a lot of sample cards-so that customers can show us what companies and styles they like.
For our East Coast customers: we love the Boise/Meridian area. We hope you're recovering from all the snow. We didn't bring the snow here, but the Canada Geese certainly followed us! We had a good, and largely uneventful trip. We love our new store-it's bigger and very well located. The word is spreading fast and we thank our new customers who are providing great word of mouth. We certainly do miss our East Coast customers. Give us a call if we can be of any help! Or just to chat about your latest stamping adventure.
I'm trying to keep up with our new Facebook page (go to Facebook and do a search on White Swan Rubber Stamps). You will be taken to our page. I haven't been very good about updating it, but I am promising to reform! Please join as a Fan.
I'm working on our new blog: Winging It... with White Swan and should have some posts in there within the next week or so. Stay tuned and keep checking please!
We're always looking for new teachers. If you are an experienced teacher, or know of someone who is, please come in and show us some examples. We keep our classes small and want it to be as fun for the teachers as it is for the students.
A side note: In our January email, we had the wrong phone number for our store. Please make sure you have the correct one: 208-887-1789.
