Greetings!
Michigan's Children is a statewide,
independent voice
for children and their families. We work with
lawmakers, business leaders and
communities to
make Michigan a place where all children
have the
opportunity to thrive.
| Welcome Healthy Kids Action Network! |
 |
|
Thank you for joining the Healthy Kids Action Network!
My hope is that through this Network, I can share with
you the latest policy information related to children's
health AND provide you with the needed steps to take
action!
There are many things going on at both the state and
federal levels affecting kids health, like the state
budget and health care reform.
I would like for this to be a two-way conversation--that
means for you to share information as well as you are
taking action to help us to better strategize and
coordinate advocacy efforts on behalf of children.
I begin this first email with information regarding the
state budget, and hope that you will take action.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any
questions.
Best,
Alicia S. Guevara, Policy & Outreach
