A Message from the Director
Dear friends,
September is always an exciting time for life-long learners like us as we find out about the offerings at our favorite cultural institutions. I'm sure that you will agree that we have an extremely stimulating (and fun) assortment of activities this fall. From illuminating exhibitions and artist lectures to unique bus tours, from innovative classes for kids to fun-filled fundraising parties, we have all the bases covered for an artful fall!
You can read about September/October activities in brief below, view our program guide by clicking the link on the homepage of our website, or, if you're a DCCA member (and we hope you are, so that you can take advantage of all of our wonderful discounts), you will be receiving a copy of our program guide in the mail in the next few days. Here is a link to the program guide pdf.
As always, despite the sagging economy, we pledge to keep our doors open admission-free and to continue to offer you the finest in contemporary art exhibitions and programs. You can help us by buying your ticket to Small Art/Big Auction early and by contributing to our Annual Fund before you get our end-of-year appeal letter! As you know, steady cash flow is critical in these trying times and every dollar counts!
Thank you for being a friend of the DCCA. Your continuing participation in our programs and events is why we are here for you!
Sincerely,
 Maxine Gaiber Executive Director

The DuPont Theatre. Usually known as Delaware's Broadway Experience, not Delaware's Experimental Contemporary Experience, right? THE ALUMINUM SHOW is Broadway taking a chance. It is in the performance art genre of STOMP and BLUE MAN GROUP, but is itself nothing like them. THE ALUMINUM SHOW is a new performance combining movement, dance and visual theater unique to the stage. READ MORE....
